Our Pricing Structure:

• Small Job Minimum: For smaller tasks, our labor-only pricing starts at RM120. This includes travel within Penang Island (exact cost varies by location). A small order surcharge of RM20-RM60 applies if the total labor cost for the job is under RM200. This helps cover our operational costs for quick visits.

Specific Service Rates:

Plumbing:

• • Water Tap Installation/Replacement: RM30 per unit

  • Kitchen Sink Tap Installation/Replacement: RM50 per unit

  • Concealed Tap Replacement: RM150 per unit

  • Cistern Valve Replacement: RM30 per unit

  • Cistern Flush Replacement: RM60 per unit

  • Cistern Tank Replacement: RM80 (PVC) / RM120 (Ceramic)

  • Other plumbing services: From RM30 per job (please inquire for a specific quote).

Dust-Free Drilling Service:

• • RM20 per item (for items requiring 1 hole, typically picture/painting frames)

  • RM30 per item (for items requiring 2-3 holes, typically mirrors and shelves)

  • RM10 per hole (for items requiring 4-6 holes, typically TV brackets and wall-mount cabinets)

  • RM8 per hole (for items requiring 7 or more holes)

Curtain & Blinds Installation:

• • Curtain Rail & Rod Installation (per unit):

    • Width below 140cm: RM30 (Single layer) / RM40 (Double layer)

    • Width 141cm - 200cm: RM50 (Single layer) / RM60 (Double layer)

    • Width 201cm and above (4 brackets & above): RM15 per bracket (Single layer) / RM18 per bracket (Double layer)

  • Curtain Blind Installation: RM25 per unit (based on number of brackets)

Electrical:

• • Lighting Installation/Replacement: RM30 per unit

  • Fan Installation/Replacement: RM60 per unit

  • Water Heater Installation/Replacement: RM100 per unit

  • Note: Additional charges may apply for specialty fixtures requiring assembly or complex wiring.

Painting: (Tanjung Tokong Area Only, Workers Limitation)

• • House Painting: RM380 or RM3 per square foot (whichever is higher; includes normal paint)

  • Grill or Window Painting: From RM200 per unit (includes normal paint)

Doors & Windows:

• • Rivet Blind Fastening Service: From RM30 per unit

  • Sliding Door Roller/Wheel Replacement: From RM40 per unit

  • Sliding Window Roller/Wheel Replacement: From RM25 per unit

  • Crescent Lock Replacement: RM50 per unit

  • Window Handle Replacement: RM30 per unit

  • Door Knob/Lock Replacement: From RM50 per unit

  • Cabinet Door Hinge Replacement: RM50 per pair

Furniture Assembly:

• • IKEA - Installation service starts at RM188, or 10% of the original product retail price, whichever is higher. More details

• Material Costs: As stated above, all pricing listed is for labor only. Material costs (e.g., new lights, fans, taps, paint) are separate. We can help you procure materials at cost, or you may provide your own.
